CONTINUATION

Notice is hereby given that a continuation public hearing will be held on January 8, 2013 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St., 3rd  Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at  7:00 PM on the petition for a Comprehensive Permit.

Petition:  In accordance with Section 56.05(2)(h) of the Chapter 40B Regulations, the Gutierrez Company has submitted a Comprehensive Permit for Brookview Village, consisting of 4 buildings with a total of 243 unit rental, a club house and an outdoor swimming pool to be located at the corner of Ames St. and Rte. 20.  (Being Map 89, Parcels 78 (Zoning District Limited Industrial)  and Map 89, Parcel 3B (Zoning District Industrial) of the Assessor’s Maps).  The project is on 18.73 acres of land currently owned by Marlborough/Northborough Land Trust, a trust controlled by the Gutierrez Company.   

The applicant is seeking waivers from provisions of the General Code, Zoning Ordinance, applicable regulations, and other local requirements of the City of Marlborough.
